To add a web panel annotation to your space, open the Realtime Configurator panel -> Add Media -> Link Media.
Make sure the website you are attempting to link to can be iframe-able.
To add a vimeo panel annotation to your space, open the Realtime Configurator panel -> Add Media -> Video.
